Pioneers advance to SAC semifinals
GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The Tusculum University women's volleyball team have moved on to the South Atlantic Conference Championship semifinals for the first time since 2013 after defeating Catawba on Tuesday (Nov. 16) night. Romp Leads Bears Past Carson-Newman and Onto SAC Semis
HICKORY, N.C. – Colette Romp had a career day on her 21st birthday to lead the Lenoir-Rhyne Volleyball team to a 3-1 win over Carson-Newman in the SAC Quarterfinals on Tuesday evening. Bulldogs Win Five-Set Thriller Over Mars Hill to Advance to SAC Semifinals
Wingate, N.C. - The Mars Hill Lions came out strong in the first two sets beating the Bulldogs 25-23 in the first set and 25-18 in the second set. Wingate however came out swinging in the third set taking down the Lions 25-18. They then went on to win the fourth and fifth set giving the Bulldogs a chance to stay alive in the the SAC Volleyball Tournament.
