SAC Men's Basketball
By defeating Wingate on Wednesday night, Lincoln Memorial clinched at least a share of the SAC regular-season championship and the No. 1 seed in the SAC Tournament. LMU can secure the outright league title by beating Catawba on Saturday.
Anderson and Wingate also remain alive for a share of the regular-season conference championship. For Anderson to earn a share of the title, it must beat Mars Hill and LMU must lose to Catawba. For Wingate to earn a share, it must win at Carson-Newman coupled with an LMU loss.

Anderson, Wingate and Carson-Newman have each clinched a top-four seed in the SAC Tournament and will host a quarterfinal game next Wednesday. Final seedings between the three teams will depend on Saturday's results.
The four remaining spots in the SAC Tournament men's bracket have also been secured. Lenoir-Rhyne will be the No. 5 seed, Newberry No. 6, Catawba No. 7 and Tusculum No. 8. Each will play at a top-four seed in the quarterfinal round.
SAC Women's Basketball
Anderson clinched a share of the SAC regular-season title and the top seed in the SAC Tournament by beating Brevard on Wednesday. A victory at Mars Hill on Saturday would give AU the outright conference championship.
Lenoir-Rhyne will be the No. 2 seed at the SAC Tournament and remains in contention for a share of the league's regular-season championship. The Bears must win at Newberry on Saturday coupled with an Anderson loss at Mars Hill to earn a split title.

Catawba and Newberry have also clinched top-four seeds in the SAC Tournament and will host quarterfinal games. There final seedings, however, still depend on Saturday's results.
The SAC Tournament's four remaining spots in the women's bracket have been secured by Carson-Newman, Tusculum, Lincoln Memorial and Wingate. None of the No. 5 through No. 8 seeds have been finalized, though, and will likely require the use of the conference's tiebreaking procedures.
