Four SAC Volleyball Teams Under Consideration in First NCAA Southeast Region Ranking

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference posted four teams in the NCAA Southeast Region Volleyball Rankings.  Anderson, Carson-Newman, Mars Hill, and Wingate are all under consideration for this year's NCAA Southeast Region Championship.

The 10 teams under consideration were not put in any rank order at this time. The teams will not be put in a rank order until next week's ranking.

Anderson is currently 18-4 overall, Carson-Newman is 21-4 overall, Mars Hill is 15-6 overall, and Wingate is 24-1 overall.

The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Volleyball Committee up to the NCAA Championship selections.
