Six SAC Women's Volleyball Teams Ranked in NCAA Southeast Region Rankings
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference posted six teams in the NCAA Southeast Regional Women's Volleyball Rankings. Tusculum came in at No. 1, followed by Wingate moving into the No. 2 spot, Anderson came in at No. 3, followed by Lenoir-Rhyne at No. 4, Mars Hill stayed in the No. 6 spot, and Carson-Newman rounded out the SAC teams at No. 7.
Overall, the Pioneers are 17-4, the Bulldogs are 20-3, the Trojans are 18-6, the Bears are 18-6, the Lions are 20-10 and the Eagles are 17-12.
The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball Committee up to the NCAA Championship selections.
