Seven SAC Women's Volleyball Teams Ranked in NCAA Southeast Region Ranking
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference posted seven teams in the NCAA Southeast Regional Women's Volleyball Rankings. Tusculum came in at No. 1, followed by Lenoir-Rhyne at No. 2, Wingate at No. 3, Anderson at No. 4, Mars Hill at No. 6, Carson-Newman at No. 7 and closing out the poll was Queens at No. 10.
Overall, the Pioneers are 17-2, the Bears are 17-5, the Bulldogs are 18-3, the Trojans are 16-6, the Lions are 18-9, the Eagles are 16-11 and the Royals are 13-10.
The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball Committee up to the NCAA Championship selections.
