Masterful Eagles ride offense into Southeast Region Final
WINGATE, N.C. – Providing another strong offensive match with the Orange and Blue fans out in force, third-seeded Carson-Newman punched a ticket to the Southeast Region finals for the second time in five years beating seventh-seeded Flagler 25-19, 25-22, 21-25 and 25-23 Friday evening at Cuddy Arena. Bulldogs fall to Augusta in a Thrilling Five Set Match
WINGATE, N.C. – The No. 1 seeded Bulldogs fell to the No, 4 seed Augusta in a five set thriller earlier tonight. Wingate took the first set 26-24, lost the second 13-25, took the third 25-13, fell in the fourth 12-25 and came up just short to lose 13-15 in the fifth set.
