The South Atlantic Conference Posts Four Volleyball Teams in the NCAA Regional Rankings

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference posted four teams in the NCAA Southeast Regional Volleyball Rankings, the NCAA announced today. Wingate came in at No. 1 in the rankings, followed by Anderson at No. 4, Queens at No. 6, and No.7 Carson-Newman.
Wingate is 24-2 in the region, while Anderson is riding a 22-game winning streak and is 26-3 in the Southeast. Queens sports a regional record of 19-7 and Carson-Newman is 15-13 in the SE Region.
The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Volleyball Committee up to the NCAA Championship selections.
