The South Atlantic Conference Posts Five Volleyball Teams in the NCAA Regional Rankings
NCAA D-II Volleyball Regional Rankings
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference posted five teams in the NCAA Southeast Regional Volleyball Rankings, the NCAA announced today. Wingate came in at No. 1 in the rankings, followed by Anderson at No. 3, Queens at No. 5, No.7 Carson-Newman and Tusculum at No. 10
Wingate is 22-2 in the region, while Anderson is riding a 19-game winning streak and is 24-3 in the Southeast. Queens sports a regional record of 18-6 and Carson-Newman is 14-12. Tusculum is currently 13-14 in the SE Region.
The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Volleyball Committee up to the NCAA Championship selections.
