Three SAC Women's Soccer Teams Ranked in First NCAA Southeast Region Ranking
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference posted three teams in the NCAA Southeast Regional Women's Soccer Rankings. Catawba came in at No. 2, with Queens checking in at No. 3, and Lenoir-Rhyne earned the No. 6 spot.
The Catawba Indians are currently ranked No. 8 in the United Soccer Coaches Division II National Poll with a record of 13-0-2 overall.
The Royals have a record of 10-3-1 overall, while the Bears are 9-3-2 overall.
The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Committee up to the NCAA Championship selections.
