MATTHEWS, N.C. — All it took was one shot. And it was the same lethal duo that has carried the Lincoln Memorial University women's soccer through much of the season: Thenia Zervas to Jessica Cravero.

Bulldogs blank Royals to advance to SAC title match for ninth time in 10 years
Matthews, N.C.----For the ninth time in the last 10 years, the Wingate University Bulldogs will play in the South Atlantic Conference Tournament championship game. The second-seeded Bulldogs knocked off sixth-seeded Queens University 1-0 Saturday night in the semifinals of the 2019 SAC Tournament, improving to 13-2-3 overall and advancing to Sunday's title match.
