#16 Eagles use late surge to knock off Bulldogs in SAC Tourney quarterfinals
Jefferson City, Tenn. - The top-seeded and 16th-ranked Carson-Newman University Eagles scored four goals in the final 18 minutes Tuesday evening, defeating eighth-seeded Wingate University 4-1 in the quarterfinal round of the South Atlantic Conference women's soccer tournament.
