LMU’s Sarah Taylor Named Women’s Soccer Player Of The Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. - Lincoln Memorial University midfielder Sarah Taylor has been named the South Atlantic Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Week, league officials announced Tuesday.

Last week Taylor, a sophomore from Ajax, Ontario, Canada, helped the Lady Railsplitters achieve a 2-0 week with a non-conference victory over Tennessee Wesleyan College (4-1), and a South Atlantic Conference road-victory over Brevard College (3-2).

In the match against Tennessee Wesleyan, Taylor scored a hat-trick and assisted another goal before ending the weekend with a goal and an assist against Brevard College. For the week Taylor tallied four goals and two assists for a total of 10 points.
