2025 Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field Championship Preview
ROCK HILL, S.C. (thesac.com) – The 2025 South Atlantic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships begin on Saturday, Mar. 1 inside the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C.
The two-day event will begin with the pentathlon and heptathlon events on Saturday morning at 10 a.m., followed by field events and track events starting at 1:15 p.m. Sunday's events will begin at 10:30 a.m.

There will be no admission for entry into the championships, however, space will be limited.
Wingate swept the 2024 championships, winning on both the men's and women's side. Looking to defend their title, the Bulldogs enter as the No. 1 ranked team in the region in both genders. On the women's side, Lenoir-Rhyne figures to push Wingate as LR enters ranked third in the region with standout Alexis Brown leading the way. Tusculum and Anderson are ranked fifth and sixth respectively in the region with Catawba and LMU coming in seventh and eighth.
On the men's side, LR also sits third in the region, one spot ahead of Carson-Newman. Anderson sits eighth with Tusculum and Limestone following at ninth and tenth.
