2023 SAC Indoor Track & Field Championship Preview
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The 2023 South Atlantic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships begin on Saturday, Feb. 25 inside the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C.
The two-day event will begin with the pentathlon and heptathlon events on Saturday morning at 10 a.m., followed by field events and track events starting at 1 p.m. Sunday's events will begin at 10:30 a.m.

The championships will be live-streamed via RunnerSpace.com, here, and requires a +plus account which costs $12.99 per month. You can sign-up for an account and learn more about the stream here.

There will be no admission for entry into the championships, however, space will be limited.
Highlighting the men's championships will be Wingate, who is ranked No. 16 nationally and Lenoir-Rhyne, who is ranked No. 21. Carson-Newman is ranked No. 31, followed by Limestone at No. 41, and Tusculum rounds out the SAC teams in the top-50 at No. 48.
In the women's championship, Lenoir-Rhyne is ranked No. 30 nationally, followed by Carson-Newman at No. 38, and Wingate at No. 45.
