The South Atlantic Conference Announces 2022 Fall Sports Preseason Poll Schedule

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The start 2022 South Atlantic Conference fall sports season is right around the corner and that means the announcement of the 2022 preseason polls. The 2022 SAC Fall Sports Preseason Polls will start with the football preseason poll on Monday, August 8.

In addition to the preseason polls, the SAC will also release preseason All-Conference and Runners to Watch lists. Cross country will have Runners to Watch list, while football, men's and women's soccer, volleyball, and field hockey will announce preseason All-Conference teams.

Following the football announcement on August 8, the SAC will release volleyball's preseason poll and all-conference teams on Monday, August 15. The SAC men's and women's soccer preseason polls and all-conference teams will come out on Tuesday, August 16, followed by men's and women's cross country on Wednesday, August 17. The final SAC fall sports preseason poll will be field hockey, which will be released on Thursday, August 18.

Below is the full schedule of preseason poll announcements:

Monday, August 8 at 10 a.m. – Football

Monday, August 15 at 10 a.m.  – Volleyball

Tuesday, August 16 at 10 a.m. – Men's and Women's Soccer

Wednesday, August 17 at 10 a.m. – Men's and Women's Cross Country

Thursday, August 18 at 10 a.m. – Field Hockey
