Wingate's Grieco Named USILA DII South Player of the Year; All-Region Teams Announced

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Wingate senior attack Willie Grieco was named the 2023 USILA Division II South Player of the Year, the USILA announced Monday (May 22). This is the second straight year that Grieco has earned the honors. 

Grieco earns first team All-Region honors at the attack position, along with Limestone's Zachary Terry and Lenoir-Rhyne's Toron Eccleston. Limestone's Michael McGarry and Lenoir-Rhyne's Riley Seay were named first team midfielders, while Wingate's Joe Karnich was named first team long stick midfielder and Lenoir-Rhyne's Colten McCracken was named first team defensive midfield.
