Hickory, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Lacrosse Team will host Saint Leo in an NCAA Division II National Semifinal game on Sunday at 2:00 p.m., at Moretz Stadium. The contest will be streamed live by Turner Sports.

Saint Leo (15-2), ranked No. 6 in the nation, pulled out a 12-11 overtime victory over seventh-ranked Tampa (15-5) at home in its quarterfinal match last Saturday. The Lions' Ethan Ticehurst scored the match-winner six seconds into the extra frame off a faceoff.
Lenoir-Rhyne is led by junior attacker Joe Buduo with 60 goals and 88 points – both school-records – while senior midfielder Ben Corrigan has 42 goals, 32 assists and 74 points on the year.
Corrigan came up big last week – three goals and four assists – as the Bears avenged an earlier regular season loss at home to the Mavericks. Saint Leo, the 2018 Sunshine State Conference Regular Season Champions, is led by the trio of Jake Gilmour, Kyle Pauwels and Charlie Kurtenbach.
The group has combined for 126 goals, 81 assists and 207 points so far this year. Pauwels has a team-leading 52 goals while Gilmour totals the following: 35 scores, a team-leading 38 assists and 73 points. Gilmour is the 2018 SSC Player of the Year.
