ANDERSON, S.C. – Second-seeded Anderson overcame a slow start and with five players reaching double-figure kills, the Trojans knocked off No. 7 seed Newberry, 3-1 (21-25, 25-20, 25-21, 25-18) in the quarterfinals of the South Atlantic Conference Spring Volleyball Tournament, Tuesday night at the Abney Athletic Center.

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – Looking to repeat as South Atlantic Conference Tournament champions, Carson-Newman used late bursts to control Limestone in a sweep, 25-9, 25-16 and 25-12, in the quarterfinals Tuesday evening at Holt Fieldhouse.
Sutphin and Young lead Bulldogs to 3-1 win over Tusculum in SAC Tourney quarterfinals
Wingate, N.C.----Wingate University middle blockers Quin Sutphin and Maggie Young combined for 24 kills and 12 blocks Tuesday night, leading the top-seeded Bulldogs to a 3-1 victory over eighth-seeded Tusculum University. Wingate won by scores of 25-15, 22-25, 25-10 and 26-24 to improve to 9-1 overall, advancing to the semifinals, while the Pioneers fall to 2-4 on the season.
Jones Breaks Program Record for Career Digs as Royals Advance to SAC Semifinals
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Senior libero JayCee Jones tallied 25 digs on Tuesday night to break the women's volleyball program record for career digs, a mark that had stood since the 2016 season, in leading the Royals to a postseason victory. The Queens University of Charlotte women's volleyball team collected a 3-1 (25-21, 23-25, 25-22, 25-16) win on its home floor over Mars Hill university in the South Atlantic Conference Spring Volleyball Championships Quarterfinals.
