Abbey Shuts Out Queens in Quarterfinals
CLOVER, S.C. - Casey Etter scored the game winner of a 2-0 victory for the Belmont Abbey Field Hockey team this afternoon. Belmont Abbey will face the No. 2 seed Limestone on Friday, November 5 at 2 p.m. at Fulp Field at Converse. It is the first victory in the South Atlantic Conference Carolinas tournament in program history. The Crusaders last appeared in the Conference semifinals in 2019. Second Meeting With Trojans in Six Days
Newberry, S.C. - Six days after defeating the Mount Olive Trojans 1-0, the Newberry Field Hockey team faced them again, this time in the South Atlantic Conference Carolinas Field Hockey Tournament. They took down Mount Olive 4-2 in the South Atlantic Conference Carolinas Field Hockey Quarterfinals and will advance to play Converse in the Semifinals this Friday. FULL RECAP
