Limestone's Smith Named South Atlantic Conference Carolinas Field Hockey Academic Excellence Award Winner

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Limestone field hockey defender, Abigail Smith was honored as the South Atlantic Conference Carolinas Academic Excellence Award winner for field hockey during the South Atlantic Conference Carolinas Field Hockey Championship on Friday (Apr. 2).
This award honors the student-athlete with the top cumulative grade-point average (based on a minimum of 48 credit hours) competing at the final site of the league's championship sports.
Smith, a junior from Germantown, Md., has a 4.0 cumulative GPA and is a Business Economics major at Limestone.
