MORROW, GA. – Despite being down by as many as 19, Anderson University women's basketball team battled back narrowly falling to Peach Belt Opponent Clayton State, 67-66, on Friday evening at the Loch.

- The Lakers took and early 22-11 lead after one quarter of action
- Clayton State extended its lead to 19 with 5 minutes to go in the second frame
