Men's Lacrosse Falls at Tusculum in South Atlantic Conference Action

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. - Coker University men's lacrosse fell at Tusculum in South Atlantic Conference action on Saturday (Apr. 9) by a score of 17-9.

Cal Gibson paced the Cobras with four goals in the game, while Justin Beighey and Henry Haskett each scored twice and Sean Moran also scored one goal. Gibson also assisted on two goals in the game, while Caden Gore also helped on one Coker goal. Nathan Allan led the Cobras with nine ground balls in the contest, while Gibson and Corey Gales each picked up four in the game. Eight others scooped up ground balls in the game. Allan also caused a team-best four turnovers in the game, while Jake Brundage had two and three others had one each. Ethan Hofert made nine saves between the pipes, while Lou Webb also saw action between the pipes in the game.

Coker returns to action on Wednesday (Apr. 13) to host Catawba for a South Atlantic Conference contest. Opening faceoff is set for 6:00 p.m. from the Coker Athletic Field, with video and live stats available at www.cokercobras.com.
