Trojans Look to Bounce Back at North Greenville

ANDERSON, S.C. – The No. 10 Anderson University men's lacrosse team will look to bounce back on Saturday (Apr. 1) as they travel to local non-conference rival North Greenville.

The Trojans are coming off just their second loss of the season on Wednesday (Mar. 29) as they suffered a 17-12 defeat to the Newberry Wolves. Radyn Badraun led the offensive efforts with four goals and two assists. Defensively, Chase Robertson caused two turnovers and goalie Hunter Klosterman picked up 17 saves.

North Greenville enters the weekend with a 5-6 overall record, including a 2-1 clip in Conference Carolinas. The Crusaders are coming off two consecutive wins over Chowan (17-9) and Lees-McRae (21-1). NGU is 1-2 against SAC opponents this season, defeating Coker (13-12) while losing to Limestone (23-10) and Lenoir-Rhyne (17-6). Last season, the Anderson Trojans defeated North Greenville 17-16 in a thrilling contest at Spero Financial Field.

The Trojans will be back in action on Saturday (Apr. 1) as they take on North Greenville. Game time is set for noon, with video and live stats available at autrojans.com.
