GAFFNEY, S.C. - Coker University men's lacrosse fell at No. 3 Limestone on Saturday (Apr. 16) in South Atlantic Conference action by a score of 18-7.
Cal Gibson and Henry Haskett each scored twice in the game, while Justin Beighey, Zyaire Marshall and Will Habel each scored once. Marshall and Haskett each assisted on one goal in the game. Nathan Allan paced the Cobras with a team-high six ground balls in the game, while Haskett had four and four others each collected two. Seven other Cobras each picked up one ground ball in the game. Allan also won seven faceoffs in the game, while Habel also contributed one. Five different Cobras each caused one turnover in the game, while Ethan Hofert made 19 saves between the pipes.
Coker returns to action on Friday (Apr. 22) to host Anderson (S.C.) in the regular season finale for Senior Night. Opening faceoff is set for 7:00 p.m. from the Coker Athletic Field, with video and live stats available at www.cokercobras.com.
