Four SAC Volleyball Teams Ranked In Region Poll

INDIANAPOLIS -- Wingate University holds the top spot in the NCAA Division II Southeast Region volleyball rankings for the week ending Oct. 11, and is one of four South Atlantic Conference teams in the top 10.

Catawba College is fifth, followed by Lincoln Memorial University and Carson-Newman College.

Conference tournament champions from the SAC, Peach Belt Conference and Conference Carolinas will earn automatic bids into the NCAA Division II Tournament. Five more teams from the region will receive at-large bids to the eight-team region tournament.

Region selections will be announced Nov. 15
