The SAC Announces WePlayed Sports Women's Tennis Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Catawba's Rin Igarashi has been named the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Women's Tennis Player of the Week for matches played during week six of the 2025 season, the Conference announced today.

Igarashi, a junior from Gifu, Japan, won the clinching points in both doubles and singles in #29 Catawba's upset victory over #2 North Georgia, the highest ranked win in program history to help improve the Catawba Indians to a program-record 8-0 start
