Wingate’s Dwojak Named 2025 SAC Women’s Swimmer of the Year
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Wingate's Natalia Dwojak has been named the 2025 South Atlantic Conference Women's Swimmer of the Year, the conference announced.
A junior from Lublin, Poland, Dwojak delivered a record-breaking season for the Bulldogs, setting new SAC records in the 100 Breaststroke (1:01.22) and 200 Individual Medley (2:02.25). Her outstanding performances at the national level earned her All-American honors in the 100 Breaststroke, 200 Medley Relay, 400 Medley Relay, and 400 Freestyle Relay, along with Honorable Mention All-American recognition in the 200 Individual Medley and 200 Freestyle Relay.
Dwojak was named the SAC Female Swimmer of the Meet at the 2025 SAC Swimming Championships after capturing individual titles in the 200 IM and 100 Breaststroke, while also leading Wingate to victory in the 400 Medley Relay. She earned All-SAC honors in an impressive seven events, showcasing her versatility in freestyle, breaststroke, and individual medley competition.
Her contributions played a key role in Wingate securing its third consecutive SAC Championship, further cementing the Bulldogs' dominance in the conference. Dwojak's historic season and championship performances establish her as one of the top swimmers in the league and beyond.
