South Atlantic Conference Carolinas Men’s Wrestling Ranked Among Elite in Latest NWCA Poll
MANHEIM, Pa. – Newberry is ranked 20
th nationally and multiple South Atlantic Conference Carolinas men’s wrestlers are still ranked individually in the latest National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) NCAA Division II rankings.
The third regular season poll was unveiled on Friday, Feb. 19, 2021.
In addition to Newberry being ranked 20
th, Belmont Abbey, Lander and Limestone also received votes in the latest national team rankings.
Five South Atlantic Conference Carolinas men’s wrestlers are ranked among the elite nationally with Isiah Royal of Newberry still ranked first nationally at 141 pounds.
