Coker’s Tillman Earns SAC WePlayed Sports Women's Basketball Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Coker guard Shawnteanna Tillman has been named the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Women's Basketball Player of the Week for games played during week 11 of the 2024-25 season, the Conference announced today. 

Tillman, a junior from Columbia, S.C., led the Cobras to wins over Newberry and UVA-Wise last week. Tillman has scored more than 20 points in her last three games, scoring 26 against Newberry and 22 in the game vs UVA-Wise. She totaled 15 rebounds in the week and dished out nine assists. Tillman shot 52.9% from the field while also recording 11 steals in the week.
