Coker's Tillman Named SAC WePlayed Sports Women's Basketball Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Coker guard Shawnteanna Tillman has been named the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Women's Basketball Player of the Week for games played during week three of the 2024-25 season, the Conference announced today.

Tillman, a junior from Columbia, S.C., led the Cobras to wins over Wingate and UVA Wise last week. In the two wins, she averaged 19 points per game and shot 53.3 percent from long range. She added five rebounds, three assists and was a menace on the defensive end with 4.5 steals per game. Tillman and the Cobras are off to a 4-0 start overall and 2-0 in SAC play.
