Wingate, N.C.----Wingate University freshman guard Jo Snow scored all 16 of her points in the second half Wednesday night, while Teliyah Jeter once again flirted with a triple-double, leading the second-seeded Bulldogs to a 53-47 victory over seventh-seeded Tusculum University in the quarterfinals of the South Atlantic Conference women's basketball tournament.
