The South Atlantic Conference Announces WePlayed Sports Swimmers of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference announced its WePlayed Sports Swimmers of the Week for meets competed December 9-15. Wingate's Elizabete Paula Ozola was named the Women's Swimmer of the Week, while Wingate's Damir Ipkaev was named the Men's Swimmer of the Week. 

Paula Ozola finished first in the 200 Freestyle with a time of 1:56.17 in the Bulldogs meet against Carson-Newman. 

Ipkaev won the 500 Freestyle in 4:30.89 and the 1000 Freestyle with a time of 9:23.88
