South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Men's Soccer Players of the Week Announced

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference announced its WePlayed Sports Men's Soccer Players of the Week for matches played during week four of the 2024 season. Limestone swept this week with Claudel N'goubou being named the Offensive Player of the Week and Stefan Roeb bringing home Defensive Player of the Week honors.

N'goubou, a graduate student from Auray, France, had a monster game in Limestone's 7-0 win over Catawba. In the win, he went off for two goals and two assists, totaling six points. The seven goals scored by the Saints in the win are tied for the most in a game this season in the league.

Roeb, a graduate student from Konigswinter, Germany, led a defensive unit that posted a clean sheet over Catawba on Sunday. On top of the shutout, Roeb handed out three assists offensively. The win over Catawba ran Limestone's unbeaten streak to six to start the year and the Saints haven't been scored upon in five straight matches.
