SAC Men's Soccer Has Two Teams Ranked in the Top Eight Nationally; Three in Top 25
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference boasts three teams in the top 25 of the men's soccer national rankings as the USC National Poll was released, with two of those teams being in the top eight. This was the third poll of the season.
A week after jumping from out of the poll to 11th, Limestone made another big move this week. The Saints rank No. 6 in the nation. The Saints are unbeaten at 4-0-1 on the season and are 2-0 in league play.
Wingate dropped from No. 4 to No. 8 after dropping a 1-0 decision at Limestone on Saturday. This was the first loss for the Bulldogs this season.
Coker returned to the poll and slots in at No. 24. The Cobras were as high as tenth in the poll earlier this season and sit at 4-1 overall and 1-1 in the SAC.
