Lincoln Memorial’s Cain Named SAC WePlayed Sports Men’s Golfer of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Lincoln Memorial's Morgan Cain has been named the WePlayed Sports South Atlantic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week, the Conference office announced today.

Cain, a sophomore from Cork, Ireland, posted a 10th-place finish at the Argonaut Invitational, held April 7-8 in Pensacola, Fla. He fired rounds of 72, 70, and 69 for a three-round total of 211, finishing one under par for the tournament. His consistent play helped LMU place sixth in a competitive 14-team field. Cain turned in three rounds of par or better and averaged 70.3 strokes for the week.
