ROCK HILL, S.C. (theSAC.com) – Tusculum's Kyla Oppenhuis and Landry Tea have been named the WePlayed Sports South Atlantic Conference Carolinas Beach Volleyball Pair of the Week.

Oppenhuis and Tea were dominant at the No. 4 flight over the weekend, going a perfect 4-0 without dropping a set. The senior duo helped lead Tusculum to a flawless 4-0 record in league play, picking up wins over Emmanuel, Catawba, Wingate, and Erskine.

The pair's strong play included a commanding 21-7, 21-8 win over Wingate and capped a weekend in which they didn't allow more than 18 points in a single set. The duo is now 6-1 in conference play and has been a consistent presence in the lineup during Tusculum's strong spring season.
