The Mars Hill volleyball team (1-1) opened their season on Friday, defeating Francis Marion in three sets, but falling to West Georgia in three sets on day one of the PBC/SAC Crossover.

DUE WEST, S.C. - The Mars Hill volleyball team (1-1) opened their season on Friday, defeating Francis Marion in three sets, but falling to West Georgia in three sets on day one of the PBC/SAC Crossover.

GAME ONE: MHU 3, FMU 0

The Lions hit .333 as a team while Grace Lilly led all players with 19 kills in their season-opening sweep over Francis Marion (25-23, 26-24, 25-15).
