Second Half Goals Lifts Tusculum Past Trojans; 2-0

GREENEVILLE, TENN. – Anderson University men's soccer relinquished two second half goals falling to South Atlantic Conference opponent Tusculum on Saturday afternoon at Pioneer Field.

The Trojans drop to 4-3 overall and 1-2 in conference action while Tusculum improves to 1-4-2 and 1-2 in SAC play.

The Pioneer's scored a quick goal to open up play in the second half while scoring again in the 53rd minute to win its first match of the season.

Tusculum outshot the Trojans 11-7 with Anderson holding the advantage in corner kicks, 7-3.

Anderson remains on the road to play nonconference rival Erskine. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in Due West.
