Harrogate, TN – The Lady Railsplitters took on Mars Hill tonight for their conference opener. Lincoln Memorial advances to 5-2 with a 84-54 victory over Mars Hill. The Lady Railsplitters are 1-0 in conference play.
 
In quarter 1, Saquita Joyner put up 4 points, Jordan Maney put up 4 points, Alexa Smiddy 5 points and Alexis Schulz put up a 3-pointer. LMU as a team had 10 rebounds during the first 10 minutes of the game. In quarter 2, Kassidy Kenny had 2 good 3-pointers putting up 6 points, Alexa Smiddy had a good 3-pointer, Lauren Flowers and Chloe Savage had 2 good free throws each for 4 points combined, and Zakiyah Moss and Jordan Maney both made good layups putting up 2 points each. There were 8 rebounds in the 2^nd quarter and Zakiyah Moss and Jordan Maney each had 3.
 
After the half, Lauren Flowers put up 8 points, Saquita Joyner put up 6 points, Jordan Maney put up 4 points, Alexis Smiddy put up 6 points, Kassidy Kenny put up a 3-pointer, and Alexis Schulz put up a layup for 2 points. There were 14 rebounds at the end of the 3^rd quarter. In quarter 4, Jordan Maney put up 6 points, Alexa Smiddy put up 5 points, Alexis Schulz put up 5 points, Geovana Rios put up a 3-pointer, and Saquita Joyner put up 1 free throw for 1 point.
