alisbury, NC- Catawba comes into the series with a conference record of 5-1 and the Cobras go into it with a 2-7 record as they look to grab a few on the road.
Game 1 (8-10)- Coker looked good at the start of the first game. Kody Hanna homered at the top of the 4th scoring Nick Leonard and Donavan Frayer. Hanna went on homer a second time at the top of the 6th putting the Cobras up (2-4). Adam Wilkerson got in on the action sending one over the fence and scoring Landon Reeves and Jaylen Mack putting Coker up (2-7). Nick Leanord went on to score the last run of the game for Coker hitting a homerun to center field. Coker fell in game one (8-10).
Game 2 (5-2)- Action started at the top of the 2nd for the Cobras as Frayer hit a double scoring Wilkerson. Mack grounded out but picked up the RBI scoring Leonard. Coker went on to drop the second game (5-2). The pitching staff combined for a solid five strikeouts.
