2021 South Atlantic Conference Carolinas Field Hockey Spring Championship

March 30, April 2-3

Location

Charlotte, N.C.

Charlotte, North Carolina, one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the country. Charlotte is alive with arts, sports, restaurants, nightlife, and outdoor activities. Whether your idea of fun is going to a gallery crawl, watching the Panthers or Hornets, shopping in boutiques, rafting in rapids, Charlotte has you covered. We’re an active town, too; a greenway runs behinds campus, allowing you to get around town on foot or bike or use it for an afternoon of exercise. There’s a reason so many of our students don’t go home on weekends – there’s so much to explore right here.

Sports Complex at Marion Diehl Park

The Queens University of Charlotte Sports Complex at Marion Diehl Park is located at 2229 Tyvola Road Charlotte NC, 28210. It is home to Dickson Field where the men's and women's lacrosse teams and the men's and women's soccer teams compete. In 2017 the tennis courts were added for competition along with Bessant Field, which is where the women's field hockey team competes. Finished in 2009, the Queens Sports Complex is one of the largest athletic venues in the region. It offers world class multi-sport champion field, cross country, a grass practice field, and a 14,000 square foot conference center.
