Wingate Ranked 24th in latest AVCA Poll

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Wingate University was tabbed No. 24 in the third week of the AVCA Division II Coaches Poll.

The Bulldogs (10-0, 5-0 SAC) are off to a great start as they hold a 10-0 record at the beginning of their season for the fourth time in a row. They now are the only SAC team that holds a perfect record, averaging 14.16 kills per set, 12.97 assists per set, 17.91 digs per set and 2.88 blocks per set. The Bulldogs will head into a competitive weekend of conference play looking to continue their win streak and keep their title as reigning conference champions.
