Three SAC Student-Athletes Named to Google Cloud Academic All-America Division II Men's and Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Teams

AUSTIN, Texas – Three South Atlantic Conference student-athletes have been named to the 2018 Google Cloud Academic All-America® Division II Men's and Women's Track & Field/Cross Country teams, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

Earning First Team honors for the men is Carson-Newman's Tanner Stepp, who earns his second consecutive Academic All-America® honor. 

On the women's side, Wingate's Valerie Griesche earns her second straight Academic All-America® honor, earning First Team honors this season, while Carson-Newman's Rebekah White and Queens Hannah Wolkenhauer brought home Third Team honors.
