The SAC Announces WePlayed Sports Women's Tennis Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Catawba's Sofia Antolini has been named the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Women's Tennis Player of the Week for matches played during week seven of the 2025 season, the Conference announced today.

Antolini, a graduate student from Montebello Vicentino, Argentina, went undefeated at No. 1 singles and No. 2 doubles both on the week and on the season. She earned the highest-ranked singles win in Catawba history, topping 4^th-ranked Nikoline Gullackson and helped Catawba defeat nationally ranked Columbus St. The Catawba Indians are 10-0 for the first time in program history and the No. 11 national ranking is the highest in program history.
