The South Atlantic Conference Lands 11 United Soccer Coaches Women’s Scholar All-South Region Teams

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference placed 11 women's soccer student-athletes to the 2017 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division II Women's Scholar All-South Region Teams, the organization announced recently.  Royals' Mariah Lewis, Alana Jefferson and Charlotte Ring along with Carson-Newman teammates Helen Seed and Lauren Wade earned first team honors. Second team honors went to Claire Neibergall of Lenoir-Rhyne, Carlie Thornber of Tusculum, Newberry's Alyssa Ortega and Holly Talbut-Smith of Carson-Newman. Kristin Herbert of Anderson and Catawba's Rebecca Frost round out the SAC Women's Soccer student-athletes with third team honors.  Below is a look at the complete list of women's soccer student-athletes who earned the honor:
