NCAA WOMEN'S SOCCER TOURNAMENT BRACKET
Kansas City, Mo.---- For the first time in SAC Women's Soccer history, the SAC will be represented in the final match of the season. The Eagles scored a pair of goals to move on to the National Championship match. With the 2-1 victory over UC-Colorado Springs, Carson-Newman will advance to play #1 Central Missouri, on Saturday, December 2 at 1 PM.

HOW IT HAPPENED
First half
In the 40th minute, for the fourth straight match in the 2017 NCAA Championship, found the back of the net for her 17th goal on the season off a feed from Emilee Futrell, to put the Eagles up 1-0.
Second half
30 minutes later in reverse order, Futrell put the Eagles up 2-0 on an assist from Mosengo.
With 14 minutes remaining in the match, UCCS junior Anna Gregg cut the Eagles lead in half.
TURNING POINT
Jacqueline Burns kept the Mountain Lions off the scoreboard for 76 minutes of play, before Greggs' goal.
