Carson-Newman Women's Basketball Ranked in Top-20 of Two National Polls

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Carson-Newman's women's basketball team fell to No. 11 in the latest WBCA Coaches poll and No. 16 in the new D2SIDA rankings.
The Eagles are currently 5-1, with their lone loss coming to No. 12 (D2SIDA) Columbus State. Mika Wester leads the offense with 18.8 points per game, while shooting almost 55 percent from the floor. Defensively, Kayla Marosites holds court with nearly 11 rebounds per game, averaging a double-double with 15.8 points per game as well.
