Queens Holds National Poll Ranking at No. 18, Five SAC Men's Cross Country Teams Ranked In Southeast Region
NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced week six of its Southeast Region Men's Cross Country Poll on Tuesday (Oct. 29.) While also releasing week sixth of the National DII Men's Cross Country Rankings today (Oct. 30.)
Five teams from the South Atlantic Conference were represented in the poll, Queens stays at No. 2. After a competitive weekend at the conference championship where they placed first overall. The Royals held onto their National Ranking sitting at No. 18.
Anderson checked in at No. 6 this week, with the No. 7 spot belonging to Wingate and up one spot at No. 8 is Lenoir-Rhyne.
Rounding out the SAC teams is Catawba at No. 9
The NCAA Southeast Region Championships, which will be hosted by Wingate University on the Wingate Campus, are slated for Saturday, Nov. 9.
