Three SAC Men's Soccer Teams Earn Bids to NCAA Southeast Regional
ROCK HILL, S.C. (theSAC.com) – Three South Atlantic Conference men's soccer teams have earned bids to the 2018 NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Southeast Regional, the NCAA announced today.
Tusculum earned the No. 4 seed, while Queens earned the No. 5 seed and Anderson was picked as the No. 6 seed. The Pioneers earned the conference's automatic bid after winning the 2018 SAC Men's Soccer Tournament Championship on Sunday (Nov. 4).
The first round will kick off on campus sites on Nov. 8-9. Second rounds are set for Nov. 10-11. Third round games resume Nov. 15-16 before quarterfinals on November 17-18.
The 2018 semifinals will be played at Highmark Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Thursday, Nov. 29. The winners will move on to the championship game set for noon ET on Saturday, Dec. 1 in Pittsburgh.
