LMU Moves up to Eighth After Second Round of NCAA National Championship
Newberry's Leandro cards a 68 (-4) to move to 31st, Carson-Newman's Forster shots 75 (+3) to move to 70th.

MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. - The Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters moved up to eighth place after firing a second round of 287 (-1). Sam Boadhurst leads the way for the Railsplitters. He is in fifth place overall after carding a five-under-par 67 in the second round.
Newberry's Carlos Leandro jumped to 31st place overall after a four-under-par 68 in the seocnd round, while Carson-Newman's Tom Forster turned in a three-over-par 75 in the second round and is currently in 70th place overall.
The third and final round of stroke place will conclude on Wednesday (May 23). The top eight teams will then advance to the medal match play portion of the tournament on Thursday and Friday.
